Subtopics: Virtual events vs physical recruitment events, successful branding strategies, business school and employer campus branding, global talent acquisition vs regional recruiting trends. - Putting Together an MBA Package: Meeting Candidate & Employer Needs
Subtopics: What is important/attractive to today’s MBA student, supplemental benefits (i.e. loan repayment, flexible work arrangements, engaging spouses/partners, etc.), aligning employer needs with the skills of MBA students.
