Invitation Letter Request
Many conference participants will need a Visa in order to enter China. Please contact the Visa office for your individual country and/or your organization's travel office to determine the requirements for your individual situation, as those vary from country to country and year to year.
Some Visa applications require an invitation letter from the organization hosting the event. In order to request a letter, please complete the form below. Please note that we do not have an official seal or a Chinese address to include on the letter. Many consulates are indicating that these things are required. If you receive that information, we advise you to speak with your organization's legal department and/or the consulate directly to determine your best options. Most U.S. citizens have indicated that they are pursuing a tourist or travel Visa, but we cannot provide advice on the best option for each individual.
Please allow a minimum of one week for your letter to be processed. For questions regarding your letter, please contact Lisa Keeler.
