Our blocks of rooms at both the Hyatt Regency New Brunswick, the location of Leaders Assembly, as well as The Heldrich Hotel are now sold out!
HYATT REGENCY NEW BRUNSWICK | THE HELDRICH HOTEL | HILTON HOTEL
In order to accommodate the large number of attendees this year, we have secured additional rooms at the HILTON EAST BRUNSWICK HOTEL at the rate of $119 per night. All room reservations should be made through the FJC office. Contact us at assembly@jewishcamp.org.
The hotel is 10 minutes away from the Hyatt, where the conference programming will take place (about a $15 cab ride).

Our block of rooms at The Heldrich Hotel is now sold out! We've been told that there are a few additional rooms available there for a higher nightly rate. If you are interested in booking these rooms, you may do so directly on the hotel's website.
The Heldrich is only six blocks from the Hyatt, where the conference programming will take place. Even though it is within walking distance, we will provide shuttle service between the two hotels

Transportation
Traveling by plane: Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) is approximately 25 miles from the Hyatt Regency New Brunswick. Our recommendation is to arrange your flights through Newark airport.
Traveling by train: The Hyatt Regency is conveniently located two blocks from the New Brunswick Train Station. Both Amtrak and NJTransit make stops into New Brunswick. Amtrak also makes stops into Metropark Station which is 8 miles away from the Hyatt Regency. Taxi cabs are available at the Metropark station.
Visit NJ Transit to view schedule information if you are traveling locally. Train schedules may change, so confirm again the week of Leaders Assembly. Trains from New York City Penn Station run approximately every hour to and from the New Brunswick Train Station. One way fares from New York Penn Station are $13.00.
Visit Amtrak to book your train from anywhere up and down the east coast.
