Daily Schedule
Our days will begin with group Sadhana in the Amrit Vela followed by breakfast. You'll enjoy the company of peers in large and small groups during morning activities. Lunch is at 12:30 followed by afternoon activities. Our day will end with dinner and evening free-time. See below for an outline of the schedule:
Saturday, June 8: Registration and full day beginning at 9a
Sunday, June 9: Half day beginning after Langar (all community meal)
Monday, June 10: Full day
Tuesday, June 11: Half day ending at lunch
Karma Yoga
Partake in the spirit of service, participate and have fun, and share in the success of the event by joining a Karma Yoga team. The sign-up sheets will be available at onsite check-in.
Meals
Three lacto-vegetarian meals are provided on full Mela days. Breakfast will be provided on Sunday, June 9th. The Mela ends with lunch on June 11th.
Accommodations and Travel
You are responsible for arranging your own housing for the duration of the course. To reserve dorm-style rooms on the ashram grounds, please go to the LYF Foundation website here

IMPORTANT NOTES
+ Payment is due at the time of registration. NO PAYMENT ACCEPTED ONSITE.
+ The Mela is a 3-day event. We do not prorate the cost. It is a requirement to attend 3 FULL Melas.
+ Participants need to register for the same Mela location each year.
Refund and Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel there is a $50 fee. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for refund reimbursement.
