Registration Due Date
Regular registration is available through April 30th. Registration fees for all registrants will increase by $100 on May 1st. All registrations (except New Members) will close May 31st. New Members who joined in the Spring of 2018 will be able to register until June 15th at the $650 rate.

Access to all Mother's Agenda events to include the Shabby Chic Party, Associates Power of the Purse & A Little Black Dress Luncheon, Programming Luncheon, Central Region Family Night, Leadership & Legislative Breakfast, Friday Breakfast, Provisional Chapter Reception, Election Concert and Party, Regional Breakfast, JJOA 80th Anniversary History Museum and Book Signing, and Closing Gala.
Provisional Group Member:
Access to Provisional Group Orientation and events to include Shabby Chic Party, Associates Power of a Purse & A Little Black Dress Luncheon, Programming Luncheon, Central Region Family Night. Leadership & Legislative Breakfast, Friday Breakfast, Provisional Chapter Reception, Election Concert and Party, Regional Breakfast, JJOA 80th Anniversary History Museum and Book Signing, Closing Gala. Provisional Group Members may attend the Provisional Group Presentation to be held in Plenary Session IV.
Associates/Life Members:
All Associate's Agenda activities and listed meals to include the Shabby Chic Party, Associates Power of the Purse & A Little Black Dress Luncheon, Central Region Family Night, Friday Breakfast, Provisional Chapter Reception, Election Concert and Party, Regional Breakfast, JJOA 80th Anniversary History Museum and Book Signing, and Closing Gala.
Fathers:
All Father's Agenda activities and listed meals to include the Shabby Chic Party, Central Region Family Night, Election Concert and Party, Regional Breakfast, JJOA 80th Anniversary History Museum and Book Signing, and Closing Gala.
Teens (Ages 13-18):
All Teen Agenda activities and listed meals to include lunch each day and dinner on Saturday, and the Central Region Family Night. The mother must be an active member of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. and registered for National Convention.
Children (Ages 5-12):
All Children's Agenda activities and listed meals to include lunch each day and dinner on Saturday, and the Central Region Family Night. The mother must be an active member of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. and registered for National Convention.
Cancellation and Transfer Policies
In the event that you or your family member registers for the 2018 National Convention and are unable to attend, you may apply for a refund of your registration. Refund requests will be processed as follows:

Your cancellation request must include:
1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
2. The name of each family member whose registration is being cancelled
3. Your chapter's name
The cancellation fee schedule is below:

Requests will not be processed until 60 days after the close of registration and will be payable via check.
Registrations may only be transferred with the completed Attendee Substitution form which can be found on the Forms tab on this site. Substitutions only apply to the same attendee type. No changes will be accepted after June 15, 2018.

Activities will be held at The Westin Kansas Hotel at Crown Center and The Sheraton Kansas Hotel at Crown Center in Kansas City, MO
There will be no on-site registration.
Chapter checks will be accepted for Delegate and Alternate registrations ONLY. At checkout, select check as your payment method. Your chapter check and a copy of your registration confirmation MUST be mailed (via verifiable delivery, no signature required) and received by the Jack and Jill, Inc. Headquarters within 10 days of the date of your registration. If the check is not received within this time frame, your registration(s) will be cancelled and additional fees will be billed to the chapter. Also, banking fees for insufficient funds will be billed to the chapter for all returned checks. The mailing address is: 1930 17th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20009.
Personal checks will NOT be accepted.
Only Visa, Mastercard and American Express will be accepted for credit card payments.
At the conclusion of your registration, you will receive an online confirmation that provides all details pertaining to your registration. Please review and make sure everything was entered accurately. This is the information that will be printed on your registration materials, therefore accuracy is important. You will also receive a confirmation via email. Please keep it for your records.
Within your confirmation, there will be a link to book your hotel room. Remember, hotel reservations under the Jack and Jill booking rate can only be made AFTER you have registered for the convention. If you have an issue with booking a hotel room in our block, please contact Jack and Jill of America, Inc. Headquarters at 202-667-7010.
1 in 4 Requirement
All mothers who have paid a registration and ATTEND the 2018 National Convention will receive credit for attending AFTER the close of the convention. At the time of check-in ALL members must pick up their own registration materials and provide a valid ID. Badges will be scanned daily. The last date to check in and still receive credit for the 1 in 4 is Thursday, July 26th at 1:00pm CST.
If you are a 2017-2018 Graduating Mother and you are using the 2018 National Convention to meet your 1 in 4 requirement, print a copy of the confirmation and present it to your Chapter/Region as your proof of meeting this requirement. If you do not attend the convention, your 1 in 4 will NOT be counted and your membership status could be terminated (not in good standing). Review the National Constitution and Bylaws for more details.
