Registration cancellations received in writing at
the ISSA 2016 Congress Secretariat’s address by Sunday, May 8, 2016 will be
accepted and all fees refunded, less an administrative fee.
ISSA Members & Non Members from Categories A & B – EUR 80 Administrative fee for cancellations.
ISSA Members from Category C and Student Members and Student Non Members from Category C – EUR 40 administrative fee if registration is cancelled by Thursday, March 31, 2016. Cancellations after March 31st, 2016 are subject to EUR 80 administrative fee.
Cancellations received after Sunday, May 8, 2016 will not be accepted or refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. Cancellation is only accepted in writing and must be mailed to issa-congress@icsevents.com. Replacements must be done online by re-accessing the registration record prior to the congress.
