1:1 Meetings


Physicians and their guest will have an opportunity to schedule a 1:1 meeting with Schwab’s Financial Consultants, Financial Engines Advisors and/or Angeles Wealth Management Advisors.

You may make an appointment to meet with:

  • Financial Engines – Learn about planning and advisory services available to SCPMG physicians that take advantage of the Financial Engines methodology, including the new Personal Advisor service.
  • Schwab Financial Consultants – Meet the Schwab Financial Consultant team for SCPMG.  Conveniently located in Charles Schwab branches throughout the region, consultants are knowledgeable about SCPMG benefits and the 401(k) and Keogh Plans. 
  • Angeles Wealth Management - Learn more about the personalized, fully-integrated financial planning, wealth management and investment advisory services offered by Angeles Wealth Management. These services are targeted to clients with a minimum of $1 million in out-of-plan investment assets.

Financial Engines,Schwab Financial Consultant and Angeles Wealth Management meetings are scheduled to last 20 minutes.

Additional One-on-One Meeting Option for Physicians Age 55+

  • Physicians age 55+ will also have an opportunity to meet with representatives from the Kaiser Permanente Retirement Center to learn more about the Common Plan.  Common Plan meetings are scheduled to last  20 minutes.
  • The Common Plan is a non-qualified, defined benefit retirement plan provided to qualified SCPMG physicians by Kaiser Foundation Health Plan.
  • During the registration process, physicians age 55+ will see a third one-on-one meeting option for Common Plan in addition to the existing options to meet with Schwab, Financial Engines or Angeles Wealth Management.
  • Physicians age 55+ may register for a maximum of TWO one-on-one meetings during the symposium. 

· Important One-on-One Meeting Guidelines for All Attendees

  • Attendees may attend a maximum of TWO one-on-one sessions during the symposium. 
  • Due to high demand and limited number of representatives, one-on-one sessions are intended to give you a brief overview of the services provided.   
  • Please be prompt to your selected meeting(s) to ensure that all scheduled appointments can be accommodated.
  • Appointments are limited and in high demand – register early to reserve your appointment and desired meeting time.
  • Once all appointments are filled, walk-ins may be accommodated on the day of the event depending on availability.  Accommodations for all walk-in requests are NOT guaranteed.
