With more than ten years of experience in the human resources and executive search industry both in Australia and Asia, Caleb has consulted with some of the region’s largest companies such as National Australia Bank, Hewlett Packard, EDS, Merrill Lynch, UBS and IBM. After beginning his career as an organisational psychology consultant with the National Australia Bank, Caleb moved into the executive search field. He worked at senior management levels within multi-national corporations and was responsible for the successful implementation and management of large accounts.
