Talent Acquisition & Diversity Lead
As of July 1 2009, Georg Bachmaier has taken on the role of the Talent Acquisition & Diversity Lead at Microsoft Germany. He is part of the HR Management team and manages the entire Staffing function including the vendor management with Kenexa.
Georg obtained both of his bachelor degrees in Canada, his Bachelor of Arts at Carleton University and his Bachelor of Education at the University of Western Ontario. He was employed by Deutsche Bank since 1993. In his first 5 years there, he worked as a banker in charge of private and business customers as well as commercial property before launching his career in HR. He initiated the establishment of regional university marketing in Germany and was responsible for creating university contacts with Deutsche Bank. After 2 years he was promoted to senior executive and was responsible for graduate recruiting, marketing and training with the support of a team of 4 employees. He then transferred to Frankfurt where he contributed substantially to the establishment of global recruitment and marketing. From 2004 he spent 2 exciting years in London where he was promoted to Director and led a global team of employees based in London, Frankfurt, New York and Hong Kong. With a marketing budget responsibility for more than € 2.5 million he developed the first global Employer Brand Campaign for Deutsche Bank. In 2007 he returned to HQ in Frankfurt and led the restructuring and expansion of the Resourcing function within the newly created HR department. In his capacity as Director Resourcing he was responsible for all corporate issues related to recruiting and employer brand and marketing. In his spare time Georg enjoys going on long nature trips, primarily in the Bavarian mountains, and loves to cook.
At Microsoft, Georg’s focus is driving the recruiting strategy for Microsoft Germany and implementing staffing best practices. In addition, he is responsible for the university program (MACH), for workforce planning and HC management in close cooperation with Finance. He also continues to develop our employer branding and controls the new operating model together with Kenexa. In addition to his Staffing responsibilities, Georg also acts as our Diversity Lead.
Norman Baldwin, Business Process Outsourcing Director, Logica UK
Norman is an experienced business manager, having run profitable businesses in both Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Information Communications and Telecommunications (ICT) environments. He is currently Logica’s UK Business Process Outsourcing Director where he brings his experience of business management, development of appropriate business strategies and plans, and application of sound governance through the ability to direct, monitor and control the performance of the business in order to consistently meet and exceed targets and budgets.
Prior to joining Logica, Norman spent over 5 years working on large scale command, control and communications projects where he developed expertise in Project and Programme Management. Norman also spent 11 years working for British Telecommunications in various management roles covering both operational and design and development disciplines. Norman has a first class degree in Electrical Engineering and was recently awarded a MBA
Vice President Business Process Outsourcing
Tibor leads Oracle’s Business Process Outsourcing globally. Prior to Oracle, Tibor has served in leadership positions in SAP and IBM, held corporate, global and regional management positions in Europe and Asia Pacific and his responsibilities included sales, marketing and business development. He has been published in multiple articles for information technology and outsourcing media and is a frequent speaker at conferences. Tibor holds a Masters degree in Computer Science and a Harvard Business School Program for Management Development diploma.
Research Director, HRO
Gary joined NelsonHall in April 2007 after having gained extensive HR management experience at AT&T. His first market analysis was on Recruitment Process Outsourcing. Published in October, 2007, it received great reviews in the U.S. and Europe and thus Gary produced a subsequent RPO market study in 2009. Gary has also written market reports including multi-process HRO, Mid-market HRO, Payroll BPO and Learning BPO, his most recent market analysis.
In his last job assignment at AT&T, Gary was a member of the AT&T governance team responsible for managing the service delivery for AT&T’s major Human Resources and Payroll services BPO contract with Aon Human Capital Services. Gary helped forge the strong partnership and as such: AT&T and Aon were selected as “HRO Relationship of the Year” in the Financial & Business Services Sector in the 2004 HRO Awards. She built and trained the execution team and delivered on the client’s expectations.
This success contributed to receiving the CCH/China STAFF Recruitment Firm of the Year Award for the third year running.Prior to Asia, she was at the forefront of outsourcing innovations in the U.S. Europe and Middle East. Erica was the Managing Director for AccuStaff Incorporated which was acquired by Randstad. Under her tenure, Erica negotiated and delivered a cross border enterprise outsourcing project with Discovery Channel Latin America which resulted in a multi-million dollar Global contract. She was also the principal owner of an Executive Search Firm based in Miami, Florida.
As an entrepreneur with her Florida firm, Erica ran a desk as a US$1 million dollar biller with 24 consultants.Erica fulfilled a dream and took a sabbatical last year to complete an MBA. She recently graduated from Henley Business School where she received a mark of academic distinction on her dissertation. Her dissertation, on measuring staff engagement in the education sector, is in the process of being published.
She also has a BA in Business and Communications and speaks English, Spanish, French, and conversational Mandarin.

Simon Brown has over 25 years experience in HR Management working in the change management, talent acquisition and talent management space, with a range of FMCG, B2B and Pharmaceuticals sector organisations including Duracell Batteries, GlaxoSmithKline, Premier Farnell and for the last 3 years The Coca-Cola Company.
He has been involved in the design and deployment of Shared Services four times since 1995, including vendor selection for outsourced partners. Simon has a strong expertise in selection and development of HR Shared Services teams and has worked with both onshore captives, off-shore, outsourced, and virtual working teams where a blended solution of retained and outsourced has been chosen.

Rebecca Callahan is the president of SourceRight Solutions, a division of SFN Group, Inc. (NYSE: SFN). She has responsibility for strategic development and execution of business growth and operational excellence to continue to drive the company’s capabilities and leadership in integrated sourcing strategies that include recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), managed service programs and contractor compliance solutions.
Callahan was appointed to her present role in September 2009, having previously served as senior vice president of RPO for SourceRight Solutions.

She has more than 20 years of extensive sales and business operations experience in the services industry and has held senior sales positions at both private and publicly traded companies including Blue Pumpkin Software and PageNet.
Callahan is a compelling and articulate speaker and has shared her knowledge of sourcing and talent acquisition strategies at numerous conferences and symposia. Peter Cappelli is the George W. Taylor Professor of Management at The Wharton School and Director of Wharton’s Center for Human Resources. He has degrees in industrial relations from Cornell University and in labor economics from Oxford where he was a Fulbright Scholar. He was recently named by Vault.com as one the 25 most important people working in the area of human capital, one of the top 100 people in the field of recruiting and staffing by Recruit.com., and was elected a fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources. International Payroll Consultant
Denis is an International Payroll Specialist who works with clients to rationalise and optimise their International Payroll Models. He has worked in the Payroll Industry for 27 years. His formative years were spent in Local Government working for two large London Councils. In 1998 Denis moved to Ceridian to lead Ceridian’s London Managed Payroll Service – taking responsibility for service delivery to over 200 customers. Denis was instrumental in setting up Ceridian’s first European Payroll Service for the Republic of Ireland and then became part of the team that built Ceridian’s Multinational Payroll Service - focusing on partner selection, service development and sales support. In 2007 Denis moved to Convergys to lead the development of the EMEA SAP template and Global Processes. Denis’ current role is with Thomson Reuters leading several of their payroll integration and rationalisation projects in EMEA.

Elliot Clark is CEO of SharedXpertise, owners of CR, HRO, FAO magazines, conferences and online properties. As COO of Kenexa, a leading HR outsourcing provider, Clark helped take the company public and served as the company’s chief compliance officer and de-facto CRO. Clark holds a BS in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Rebecca started her GE career in 1996 with GE Financial Services where she held various UK Operations Manager roles, later moving to the Quality function as a Black Belt.

Simon Constance is a Partner at Orion Partners and has led a number of large-scale consulting engagements. Cynthia has more than 30 years experience in the IT industry. She is responsible for the growth of IBM’s Managed Business Process Services’ portfolio of Learning Solutions.
The end-to-end Learning solution includes alignment of learning strategy to drive business results, curriculum consulting, content design and development, use of analytics to measure the impact of learning, administration of learning functions, and operations of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Previously, Cynthia was responsible for the worldwide skill development of IBM Global Services professional services people, and for learning that enabled GTS business transformation. Faye Holland is Managing Director of SharedXpertise in Europe and the Executive Director for the HROA. Faye is responsible for all European Operations and is based in the UK. Faye has 14 years extensive marketing, strategy and solution development experience in the new technologies and business solutions marketplace in the UK, European and global marketplace.
Jon Ingham supports innovation in people management and organisation development. As a consultant, Jon works with business and HR leaders to develop more ambitious people management and strategies which will have more impact in these organisations. Jon started his career working in Chemical Engineering with BOC Gases and then moved into IT and change management with Andersen Consulting. Neil Jones was appointed Managing Director of hyphen RPO and Corporate in October 2009. Before this, Neil held the role of Managing Director for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) at Spring since June 2007. Neil previously held board level positions at both Adecco, where he was Head of Managed Services and Corporate Sales, and Elan.
With over 16 years of experience and a track record for optimising operational efficiency in the nurturing of complex accounts, Neil is responsible for ensuring the profitable growth of the solutions offered to the Group’s major corporate and outsourcing customers.
Synco has a strong background in the area of international Human Capital Management (HCM) and enterprise software applications and a sound knowledge of HR business processes, the role of technology and various deployment models. In 1993, Synco joined Peoplesoft where he held roles in Account Management, headed up European HR Development and International HCM Product Strategy.

Catherine began her career in operational management in the retail sector, gaining a good grounding in team leadership, customer service and change management with Tesco, Sainsbury's and House of Fraser. She moved across to HR and graduated from Buckinghamshire Chilterns in 2000 with an MSc in Human Resource Management.
She joined Abbey in 2004, and was appointed Head of HR for Retail in 2006 where she enjoyed leading the Retail HR team through Santander's change programmes.
Catherine returned from maternity leave after having twins in 2007 and was appointed HR Director for the Central Divisions in 2008 where she lead the HR Business Partnering Team, which supported all the Santander central functions through integration and alignment to the Santander model. Catherine is now heading the RBS Integration Team in HR and leads the HR Business Partners in the Manufacturing Division.
Catherine is a Fellow member of the CIPD and currently studying masters Coaching & Mentoring with Santander.

Tami McLallen is the Director of FlagShip University, the corporate university of American Airlines. A 25-year veteran of American Airlines, she is responsible for developing learning and development strategies and initiatives to support the corporate objectives and business imperatives.

Throughout his career, Misko has earned a number of professional certifications, including Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR), Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR). He has also completed advanced certification from the Department of Industry, Labor and Human Relations. Additionally, Misko has delivered more than 100 seminars on a variety of human resource topics.
He is currently a member of the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM), the Employers Management Association (EMA) and the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). He is a past-president of the metro Milwaukee SHRM chapter. He is considered an industry expert in applying “Lean Methodologies” in the talent acquisition process.
Zachary is a Senior Executive Board Member of Best Practice Institute (BPI) and serves on the Advisory Board for Enticelabs. Jane Owen Jones holds a BSC Hons in Management Science and an MSC in Systems Thinking. After a career in Marconi, BP and Deloitte Haskins and Sells, Jane founded Lloydmasters consulting in 1990. Jane has led major change projects and strategic development work with the boards of many major organisations both in the UK and overseas; examples of current organisations include BP, Balfour Beatty, Coface, Barclays and The NHS. Nigel Perks is Chief Human Resources Officer for BT Global Services. BT Global Services provides industry leading networked IT services and professional services to a range of multinational corporations and commercial and public sector customers with over 28,000 employees in more than 170 countries. Nigel is responsible for developing and delivering a consistent HR strategy and operational capability for BT Global Services across the world. Before joining BT in 2008, Nigel was Group HR Director for Logica. Prior to joining Logica, Nigel was a Board Member and European HR Director of Equifax Plc and had previously held a variety of senior international HR roles with Prudential and Digital Equipment Co (DEC). Nigel has a broad international HR background with particular experience in high change organization environments. He has been involved in a number of acquisition and merger activities and has gained a wealth of knowledge in the related people, organizational and cultural challenges these bring.
Head of the Central Personnel Division and Payroll
Rob Remmerswaal began his career at the Ministry of Agriculture in The Hague. Here he has gone through several positions before he was appointed Head of the Central Personnel Division and Payroll. In this role, he was a member of the Personnel Management Team.
Additionally the functional management of automated systems, with which the administration was conducted, was housed at the Administrative Centre. In establishing this center Rob was named as director.
In 2003 Rob was asked to set up a program where the cooperation between universities in the field of management was encouraged. One of subprojects in this program was to establish a common payroll for participating universities.
In 2006 Rob founded the consulting agency Respro BV. This agency specializes in helping universities, colleges and non-profit organizations in their management, particularly in implementing processes and systems in the HR and Payroll domain.
Currently Rob advises the Uvipa Foundation in implementing and operating the payroll for a number of participating universities. To this end, he fulfills the position of Director.

She brings a deep expertise in HRO. With a background from Accenture, she helped to deliver Accenture’s first HRO client back in 1995. Ms. Samulewicz holds an MBA on International Human Resources from the Chaminade University, Hawaii, and has more than 15 years experience in Group Human Resources leadership positions across Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), Operations and Center of Expertise (CoE) roles.
Before joining Zurich, Ms. Samulewicz was the Managing Director for Human Resources & Operations for Bearing Point Inc., Asia Pacific and Latin America.

Andrew is a HR Transformation expert with over 15 years experience delivering change in HR. Martin joined TPI in September 2010 as Director, specialising in the Outsourcing of Global HR and Payroll . Martin previously worked for Patersons HR & Payroll Solutions as Group Vice President – Global Business Development, joining in January 2006. There, he was responsible for developing and managing the global sales channels, global marketing and vendor management as well as the launching of new business development. RPS improves clients’ business performance by redesigning how they train their employees, customers and partners; implementing their new training design; and managing their training in long-term outsourcing engagements.
Paul is currently responsible for ensuring that Raytheon’s learning solutions meet the needs of a wide variety of clients and among them clients from the Automotive Industry as well as the UK’s Defence Training Review Rationalisation Program. He has been involved with that program since 2002, and was instrumental in developing the winning training solution.
Paul’s extensive program management experience spans across the corporate and military learning arena.
He began his career with British Aerospace in the aircraft design office before becoming a pilot with British Airways. In the USA he joined Hughes Flight Simulation rising to Software Engineering Manager, responsible for development of commercial and military flight simulators.
His expertise in creating large scale engineering designs, led to his career transition from engineering manager to program management and subsequently to business development. He was a key contributor to the establishment of the General Motors, Europe, Academy. This highly successful outsource provides extensive training services in over 20 European countries.
Paul has subsequently led several strategic assessments for clients on the future of their learning organizations. Today, he leads RPS’ EMEA Sales and Marketing efforts across EMEA to expand Raytheon’s training presence in defence and commercial markets.
