Overview

The workshops will be designed to focus on the priorities of the leaders of training organisations, drawing on a new good practice guide on strategic leadership and respond to issues that need to be tackled to get the most out of governance structures.

Highly participative and run under Chatham House rules so anything said during discussions will remain completely confidential.

The workshops will also provide an opportunity to launch the Executive Exchange Visits pilot and explore the concept of work shadowing (the Executive Exchange Visits are designed to facilitate the exchange of ideas and good practice in relation to strategic leadership and governance by providing opportunities for directors and other strategic leaders to shadow others in similar roles in different parts of the sector).

Facilitated by Krysia Hudek, Senior Partner, Open Agenda. Krysia has over 25 years of experience of facilitating groups and larger events within the FE sector. Krysia’s specialisms include facilitating creative ideas and problem solving, she is well known for facilitating tailor made national, ideas-building events.
