This session will discuss how we deal with data, sharing best practice and top tips. We will identify what data you use now, where you get it from, who uses it and what it is used for. Learn practical tips to maximise the value of available data. Hear insights about what will be required over the next 24 months as data sourcing, interpretation and analysis expectations continue to grow. Understand how the analytical skill set required by industry experts from both sides of the buy and supply chain will need to be developed to keep pace and learn how the value, importance and salary expectations of field experts can and will increase as a result.

Communication - The Key to Effective Programme Delivery

Senior management, travellers and industry partners all need to support the business travel  programme to ensure optimal performance so how we communicate with each of our stakeholders is key. We need to know how to deliver the right information, through the best channels, using appropriate language to catch their attention. This session will share examples of what to communicate and what to leave out when speaking to senior management. Hear how to how to work around the immovable barriers of bureaucracy and identify the risk in over-promising results to management and to industry partners. Understand what is important to the travelling community and the role and value of trust and partnership in our relationships to achieve superior results.
