As Boys & Girls Clubs of America continues to monitor news and recommendations from health agencies related to the COVID-19 coronavirus, we have decided to cancel our 2020 National Conference on May 6-8 in Orlando, Florida. Our National Conference is the premier event for the Boys & Girls Club Movement and an unparalleled learning and networking opportunity for thousands of youth development professionals. This decision was not made lightly, but with the escalation of national COVID-19 prevention efforts, we know this is the right thing to do to ensure the well-being of all attendees, speakers and vendors.

There is nothing you need to do regarding your conference registration. All paid registrations will be refunded within the next 15 business days. However all hotel reservations must be cancelled directly with the hotel.

Boys & Girls Clubs of America and the regional conference advisory committees will be working to developed enhanced regional conferences this fall
