You have probably heard about the concept of Robotics Process Automation (RPA), but are you curious about how to actually DO it?  Academy Live is an experience that provides non-technical users with the tools to develop workflows using UiPath. The class will begin with ~1.5 hour refresh on what RPA is and its potential uses for internal audit, compliance, risk management etc. Then, during the next ~3.5hours, our lead instructor will walk the audience through two RPA tutorials. A group of RPA engineers will be walking amongst the audience helping to answer questions and providing support. By the end of the workshop, participants should leave with not only the knowledge on ways to apply RPA to their departments, but the knowledge that they can successfully code RPA workflows and have two robot processes that they can bring home and share with family, coworkers and friends!

Instructors:

Mr. Venkatrao is an accomplished Technology Consulting leader specializing in strategy consulting, technology adoption, program management using agile methodology. He has 16 years of real world experience in steering several large scale digital transformation engagements for Fortune 500 clients. His main areas of expertise include Cognitive and Robotic Automation, Machine Learning and Pragmatic AI, BPM. Joined Uipath in 2018 as Customer Success Manager as is leading Uipath adoption for South east and Banking clients. He also leads one of the AI pillars at UiPath.

The event will also include members of Protiviti who can provide further context for how the technology has been used in the workplace and other important considerations as RPA programs are built out.
