What's in a name? A Case Study
 

Anglicare in Qld had previously changed its name to Spiritus and recently changed it back to Anglicare. 
 
Heidi Monsour MFIA has navigated the organisation through an evaluation of the impact of the initial name change to Spiritus, the decision to change it back to Anglicare and the process of implementing that decision.
 
Heidi will use this most recent experience as a case study to consider the subject of branding and the importance of organisational names.
   
As the Director Marketing, Communications and Fundraising for the Anglican Diocese of Brisbane encompassing Anglicare Qld, Heidi’s role at Anglicare includes the oversight of Fundraising therefore Heidi is able to talk from her experience in relation to fundraising.
