About the Event: Multi-channel Acquisition

The sector's abuzz with talk of 'multi-channel' acquisition. Partly because it's become so jolly expensive to recruit new donors through the conventional channels, and so jolly hard to keep them.

Our panel of fundraisers will share their views on the key factors for multi-channel acquisition success. They'll bring fundraising expertise from digital, direct mail, direct response TV, sms and social media channels. Our speakers will also share recent case studies, including a campaign for Four Paws Australia.

Speaker
Luke Bridges
Conversr

Luke Bridges is the co-founder CEO of Conversr, an award winning software platform, that allows charities to engage with their supporters on scale, via automated conversations through the SMS channel.

Over the last four years, Luke has worked directly with over 50 charities, locally and in North America, the UK and Singapore, helping them to curate and implement tactical solutions and strategic supporter journeys, designed to increase retention and boost fundraising.

Nicola Long
DTV Group

A true Direct Marketer, Nicola started out in direct marketing and digital many years ago in London. Now, with over 18 years experience in the not for profit sector in Australia, Nicola brings a unique perspective to combining integrated direct response film and TV with proven digital strategies to help charities raise more funds.

Mary Anne Plummer
Exuberance

Mary Anne Plummer is a creative director who works with charities and positive social change organisations. She's crafted campaigns that have helped turn tiddlers into very big fish - or piranhas. Mary Anne's 'take' on multi-channel marketing is that if you get either of two key things wrong - you're sunk. (And neither of those things are the channel).
