Healthcare is a work in progress. As healthcare reform unfolds, it is still not clear what exactly a new healthcare system will look like, but the fact that healthcare as we currently know it is changing remains constant. This session is designed to help prepare case management teams for what’s to come and make concrete, tangible connections between payment reform, the strategies of the organization and the need for change and innovation in the case manager’s daily practice.
