Description
As health care concerns continue to grow, with ever-changing rules, regulations, payment cuts and changes in plans of care, how does a care management department develop a plan to ensure that its staff is qualified to meet the multiple financial and discharge needs of patients for quality, cost effective care? This session will examine how the development of a care management training system can help support the hospital care management department by providing education, follow-up and ongoing support for the facility’s care managers.
