ACMA’s Leadership Forum will showcase findings from the 2013 ACMA National Hospital Case Management Survey.


This survey produces comprehensive benchmarking data for the practice of Hospital/Health System Case Management with a 95% confidence interval. The 2013 Survey is the seventh conducted by ACMA since 2001, providing a picture of the evolution of the practice that is broad in scope, historically grounded, and statistically accurate.

 

Key findings will be presented and their implication for the practice of Hospital/Health System Case Management will be discussed. The session will also include discussion of how to interpret the implications for your department from the data report, and how to use this valuable resource of improvement in your organization.
