Welcome to the SportAccord 2020 registration platform

From April 19 to 24, 2020, the 18th edition of SportAccord will take place at the China National Convention Center in Beijing, China. International sports organisations including the International Olympic Committee, International Sports Federations and many sports professionals will gather here to discuss important strategies for sports development.

Beijing is a world-renowned city of history and culture as well as an international metropolis with fashionable charm, where antiquity and modernity blends perfectly to highlight its unique appeal.

Once in Beijing, you are in a city that adores sport. Beijing 2008 has left us a wealth of legacies, and the Bird’s Nest and Water Cube are new urban landmarks that must be visited. In 2022, Beijing will become a city that has hosted both the Games of the Olympiad and the Olympic Winter Games.

Once in Beijing, you will find yourself in a city where history and future intersect. Whether it is your first visit or one of your many returning visits, Beijing always fascinates you and ignites your passion within.

SportAccord 2020, let’s meet at the grand gathering in Beijing!

China National Convention Center was constructed in July 2008. During the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, it was the site for Fencing Hall, International Broadcast Center (IBC) , and the Main Press Center (MPC).

After the Olympic Games, it was renovated and officially put into operation in November 2009 with a total land area of about 12.22 hectares and a total construction area of about 530,000 square meters. As the largest single building in the projects for the Olympic Games, the main building covers a construction area of about 270,000 square meters. Its supporting facilities cover a construction area of about 260,000 square meters, including 2 hotels, 2 office buildings, and some buildings for commercial purpose.

Up to December 31, 2018, China National Convention Center has received over 40 million participants of 8650 conferences or exhibitions in total, including many national-level, comprehensive, and international conferences or exhibitions.
