Course Hours are from 8am - 5pm each day
Learning Outcomes:
After successfully completing this course, participants will be able to:
- Describe the attributes of good safety leaders and will understand how a good safety leader communicates through meetings and written communication
- Demonstrate how to influence continual improvements towards a strong safety culture
- Recognize behavioral concepts that lead to safe/unsafe actions
- Analyze leading and lagging safety indicators to measure performance
