A cancer survivor will share their personal account of living and coping with cancer
during the holiday season.

Program

Participants will learn ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle during holiday celebrations, tips for coping with loss (of a loved one or traditions) during the holiday season, and methods to cope with anxiety and sometimes unrealistic expectations that patients and caregivers experience this time of year.
Caregivers and family members are invited to attend.
