Description

Admission and enrollment management professionals are storytellers. We often rely on stories in response to requests for data. While helpful in informing what data to look at, anecdotes won't help an enrollment management professional predict yield and retention, or allow for proactively addressing shifting demographics and market trends. Knowing how to collect, analyze and utilize qualitative and quantitative data to inform your enrollment management plan is critical in a modern day admission office at each stage of the admission process.
