Neven Dimic is a Regulatory Advisor with LNG Canada, where he is leading the project’s multidisciplinary Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Working Group and has been involved in advocacy related to emerging air quality regulations. 

Neven, who is a Schulich Scholar, completed a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree with a specialization in Energy & Environment (2012) and recently obtained a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering (2019) – both from the University of Calgary. Neven joined Shell Canada in 2012 and is currently seconded to the LNG Canada Joint Venture. Through his various roles with Shell/LNG Canada, Neven has acquired experience in air quality/GHG management, environmental monitoring and reporting, regulatory permitting and advocacy, policy analysis, water management, risk analysis, and continuous improvement. 

In 2015, Neven participated in an Earthwatch expedition focusing on climate change in fragmented forests in Wytham Woods and acted as a Sustainability Ambassador within Shell upon completing this program.
