In his role within the Natural Resources vertical since 2012, Dean is part of a team of specialized industry professionals with expertise in developing and deploying strategic workforce solutions for the Natural Resources industry. The Natural Resources industry vertical team manages some of Kelly’s largest and most complex talent supply chains. Our clients are engaged in some of the most difficult and remote regions of the world while facing enormous challenges in finding, retaining, and deploying their internal and external workforces. Safety, compliance and other associated risks are critical to success. The Natural Resources team at Kelly is dedicated to consulting with customers to give them a competitive advantage in accessing their critical talent resources. Based in Calgary AB, Dean’s focus is on the Canadian Energy industry. Dean joined Kelly in 2007 and brings over 15 years of experience in account and service operations management, including contract and technology implementations. In Dean’s current role, he is focused ensuring service excellence across all of Kelly’s operational units, as well as solution design, development, and implementation of a wide range of workforce solutions. Utilizing his market knowledge, to adjust for and take advantage of current and future trends, to address the talent gaps within our clients. Dean holds a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Calgary.
