Dale Posein is the Chief Operating Officer of Ledcor Pipeline. During his 35-year career with Ledcor, Dale has gained broad experience – starting his career as a summer student and working as a laborer in many different divisions. He’s progressively gained the right knowledge, skills, and experience in pipelining to take on more senior positions along the way. These have included Superintendent, General Superintendent, Operations Manager, Vice President, and his last role of Senior Vice President. His construction experience has been diverse and includes Pipeline, Fiber-optics, Road Building, Mining, Facilities and SAGD projects throughout North America. Dale’s leadership and drive to improve the effectiveness and safety of his teams and the work they do has been integral to the growth and success of Ledcor’s pipeline operations. In his current role Dale is responsible for operations, project management, project leadership and project execution for all pipeline contracts. Dale works closely with clients and project teams building strong relationships and fostering mutually beneficial programs. Dale is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Energy Pipeline Association Foundation (CEPA) and also sits on the CEPA Foundation Planning Committee.
