In his role within KellyOCG, Grant leads a team of solution experts that design and implement Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions for some of the largest, most complex clients of KellyOCG. These solutions are specifically designed to provide our clients with advanced management of their continent labor workforce as well as more effective/efficient recruiting processes for their direct hire employees. Additionally, Grant’s team is responsible for designing talent advisory consulting engagements specifically around Employee Value Proposition (EVP), enabling KellyOCG clients to better understand how they can make themselves more attractive to potential contingent and full-time candidates. Prior to his role in the Integrated Workforce Solutions organization, Grant was the KellyOCG Vertical Lead in the Natural Resources vertical, with responsibility for the overall client satisfaction and success of 12 Natural Resources clients. Grant joined KellyOCG in 2015 and brings 12+ years of experience in the contingent labor management and Vendor Management Solution software business, with a primary focus in the Energy vertical. Grant holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Nebraska and calls Denver, Colorado home.
