About the Event: QLD - Fundraising through Social Media in 2018 - The Bigger Picture

Fundraising through social media is changing and provides opportunities for us to increase our engagement with donors and prospective donors with the aim of increasing revenue. Tina will provide insight, a case study and facilitate discussion responding to your issues in this exciting workshop.

Tina will review social media platforms in 2018 and compare their market activity. Data protection has increased and there have been changes in Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram, which are all booming with fundraising possibilities.
Tina’s work with Gold Coast Hospital Foundation will be presented with opportunities for discussion, delving into what has worked, what has not worked and issues affecting that partnership.

Tina Hay is an Online Marketing and Social Media Expert. With a background in Sales and Marketing spanning back to 2001, Tina saw the need for Marketing and Social Media for Small to Medium Business and NFP. She set up her boutique marketing agency, Direct Marketing Solutions (DMS), in 2010 and hasn’t looked back since.

With experience working with start-up businesses, NFP’s and all the way through to big American corporations, Tina holds a great understanding of what is effective when it comes to increasing engagement and revenue.
