He leads a team of responsible for providing unique insights into consumer and business behaviour by intersecting economics, psychology and advanced data analytics.

While at the core of Economics is the notion that humans are rational and make very clear, logical, decisions, Dean’s work seeks to highlight that in reality most of us are highly irrational. And, if we are to truly understand the economy, it is important that we know the underlying emotional state and motives of the people who work and live within it.
