Melissa Bucher
District Sales Vice President
Melissa Bucher is the District Sales Vice President for Eaton’s Heartland District located in Lenexa, Kansas. Melissa received her bachelor’s degree from University of Nebraska-Kearney majoring in Industrial Distribution. She has also completed her MBA at the Jack Welch Management Institute. Melissa started her career with Eaton as in Intern in 2007. Upon graduation, she started full time in 2008 on the Leadership Development Program for Technical Sales. After completing the Development program, Melissa landed a job as Sales Engineer located in Denver, CO calling on everything from Resi, OEM, Construction, Industrial, Mining to O&G. After 4 years in Sales, she moved to Cleveland, OH to manage the Control Panel Flex Center sales, marketing and strategy. After 2 years at the plant, Melissa had the opportunity to become the Area Sales Manager for West Virginia responsible for growth in sales, channel and talent development. Melissa moved into her current role in February of 2017 responsible for sales, channel and talent development for NE, KS, IA, MO and part of IL. Melissa is part of the 2015 NAED tED 30 under 35 class. Melissa and her husband Ryan have 2 children, Jackson and Madison. They enjoy traveling, racing dirt bikes, paddleboarding, trips in the RV, and anything outdoors.
Pam Erickson
VP, Sales and Marketing
Pam Erickson is VP of Sales and Marketing with Shat-R-Shield; producer of patented safety coated lamps and manufacturer of corrosion and harsh environment LED fixtures.  After spending 15 years in the aerospace industry in engineering, sales and marketing roles, Pam joined Milbank Manufacturing in 2006 as Director of Marketing.  Erickson also worked as VP of Marketing with Affiliated Distributors (AD) and then as EVP of Marketing & Business Development with NSi Industries.  
During her tenure in the electrical industry Pam has served on the NAED Missouri River Club Committee, the CEP 
Committee and NAED’s Manufacturer’s Council.  
Pam holds a BSBA from William Jewell College in Liberty, MO.

Membership Manager
Julie King is the newest addition to NAED’s Membership Department. Joining NAED in 2015, she brings a diverse mix of experience including relationship building, consulting, management, sales, marketing and program development. Julie has developed these skills through her experiences in manufacturing, software and health care. She identifies the importance of building strong relationships through listening to all levels of employees in order to create a solid direction for the evolution of this industry. Julie has been visiting members and engaging in conversations that are helping to pave the way so NAED can provide the best solutions for the electrical industry through education, research, advocacy, and communication. She is initiating a series of networking events that will bring together all levels of the industry to grow the skills, experience and strengths of establishing and building relationships.
Greg Lampert
Omni Cable
Greg Lampert, President, has over 19 years of industry experience and has been an Omni Cable employee-owner since 2017.  
As President, Greg is responsible for the execution of the company’s strategic growth plan and expansion. In addition, Greg is focused on increasing efficiencies and enhancing all aspects of Omni Cable’s service to its electrical distribution partners. 
Prior to Omni Cable, Greg spent 18 years with General Cable in several executive and senior leadership roles including the last 7 years as CEO of General Cable Corporation’s Americas Region.  He started his career with The Dow Chemical Company and spent 8 years in engineering, sales and commercial leadership roles. 
Melissa Lunak
VP Human Resources

Melissa Lunak is the VP of Human Resources with Dakota Supply Group (DSG); an employee owned business that is dedicated to providing connections to customers in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, communications, utility, automation, waterworks, filtration, and metering technology industries. As the Executive Director of HR, Melissa is responsible for overseeing the growth and development of almost 700 associates in 33 locations, as well as maintaining employee benefits programs and the management of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan. Melissa also serves on the HR and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of DSG. After spending almost 15 years in the electrical distribution industry in accounting, human resources, engineering, metering and dispatch, Melissa joined DSG in 2013 in her current role and has lead the team in enhancing HR support, processes, and policies throughout the company. In addition, she also had a time in her career as the Director of HR in a public school district.
Ben Newman

Ben's message has inspired tens of thousands of people at companies around the world to do great things each and every day by focusing on the PROCESS over results and turning adversity into opportunity. He's spoken to organizations such as Anheuser-Busch InBev, Quicken Loans, Cintas, United States Army, MARS Snackfoods, AFA Singapore, Great West Life Canada, Boston Medical Center, Mizzou Basketball, The Miami Dolhpins, The University of Iowa and Northwestern Mutual, and shared the stage with greats such as Jerry Rice, Tony Dungy, Colin Powell, Brian Tracy, Jon Gordon, Ray Lewis and Dr. Jason Selk.
Aaron Thomas
Teacher, Coach and Public Speaker
Aaron Thomas was raised in Parkersburg, Iowa, and attended Aplington-Parkersburg High School. After graduating from high school, he attended Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. While attending Drake, Aaron was a four year letter winner on their basketball team. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education, Aaron did a short stint at St. Cloud State as a graduate assistant basketball coach. He then proceeded to take a job in education at Union High School in Laporte City, Iowa. While working at Union High School, Aaron served as the Assistant Principal, Athletic Director, and Head Basketball Coach. He furthered his education by getting his master’s degree from Drake University in educational administration. Currently an employee at Aplington-Parkersburg High School, Aaron is the Principal and the Head Basketball Coach. Aaron, his wife Ellie, and their three boys are also active members in the Congregational church.
