Join us for a lovely breakfast on the Gold Coast during which LifeFlight Foundation CEO and Executive Manager will present their case study on lifting mid-value donors to major donors.

Their program's success is based on the past 5 years of tailoring communications and producing an impressive major donor program.

This session will also provide you with practical communication tools to support your mid-value donors and great stewardship concepts to retain these donors for your organisation.

Leanne is an experience strategic leader with almost 15 years in the not-for-profit sector. With a background in the financial services industry, Leanne joined the sector focusing on corporate partnerships and major donors before expanding into all areas of fundraising strategy and management. She recently developed the LifeFlight Foundation which was launched on July 1st 2017. Leanne gained her CFRE credential in 2010 and was awarded a FIA fellowship in 2016.

Fiona's career in the not-for-profit sector began 10 years ago as Development and Alumni Coordinator of Art, Education and Law at Griffith University, Gold Coast. Inspired by witnessing the positive impact a professional fundraiser could have in the community she pursued various fundraising roles within LifeFlight (Formerly CareFlight) including Fundraising Program Development Manager, Philanthropy Advisor, Future Giving Manager and most recently Executive Manager at the LifeFlight Foundation.
