Thank you for selecting a Conn-Selmer Artist Clinician for your event. After the details of your event have been scheduled and confirmed with the Artist you may request clinic sponsorship funding by registering the clinic details here. After reviewing the requirements below, select the New Registration button to the right. After the request has been reviewed we will notify you of our support.
| Funding Requirements & Information |
- We will only consider requests submitted at least 60 days in advance of the event.
- Valid dates must be indicated, please complete all mandatory fields.
- Dealer participation is required for all clinic funding applications. A Conn-Selmer dealer should be contacted and offered to present instruments for student trial at the event or at a mutually agreed time. - Submission of this online request form does not guarantee funding.
- Funding is budgeted monthly and does run out from month to month.
- If funding is available and awarded it will be paid directly to the artist following the event.
- An online Post Clinic Survey must be submitted after the clinic.
