Objectives

30 ICCA Members from the Latin American and Caribbean region will participate in this event. They will meet with representatives from Regional Associations, who were carefully chosen to ensure that all participants will have the opportunity to promote their products, services and destinations to people who are actively involved in the decision-making process from the Association side, and are willing to share all the ins and outs of the events and all relevant information with the ICCA members.

There is no other event that can provide you with such an opportunity to meet face to face and discuss possible ways of cooperation in the future, all in a relaxed atmosphere and a nice setting, tailor made ​​for this event, offering high quality networking.

Association Client profile

Senior staff (holding the President, Secretary General, Executive Director or Permanent Secretary position at the International Organization) from permanent professional associations responsible for running events with a minimum of 250 up to 4000 participants with a rotation pattern in the Latin American, Pan-American and Ibero-American regions. This meeting must be included as part of the ICCA database and have a frequency not higher than 3 years (events organized on annual, biannual or triannual basis).
National associations won't be considered.

How to participate (for ICCA Members only)

Participation at this workshop will be limited to 30 ICCA member companies and a maximum of 2 delegates per company. Members will be accepted to participate to the workshop only after completing the registration process, paying the registration fee and after the formal confirmation (participation agreement signed) of the Association Client profile. ICCA will confirm the registration status within a maximum of 10 working days. If your registration is rejected your company will take immediately the last place of the waiting list. So, we strongly recommend to submit a client that meets with the association client profile listed above. Important to remark that a limit of participation per country has been established as follows:

IMPORTANT


Registration is accepted on a first come first served basis, therefore it is highly recommended to register as soon as possible. Places for the Workshop can not be reserved or held. If a member's application for the Workshop is not fully complete or additional information is required, the registration will be cancelled immediately

Members attending the workshop are responsible for making their own travel, accommodation and transfers in-out arrangements, as well as paying for their registration fee.
