Since 2001 Kim Sutton has led teams and fundraised for some of the world’s largest and most successful health and not for profit organisations such as Oxfam Australia and Action for Children.  

With a background in Behavioural Sciences she has committed her career to helping people overcome hardship and is passionate about helping others achieve their best. As Chief Executive of the Gold Coast Hospital Foundation, Kim has significantly reinvigorated and grown the charitable arm of the Coast’s largest employer, Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service. Her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to doing things with integrity has resulted in the launch of inspiring new events and appeals such as their new Scrub Up September campaign and increased impact to benefit more than 95,000 patients per year. As Deputy Chair of the Fundraising Institute of Australia - Queensland and guardian of their mentoring portfolio she volunteers her time to help develop up and coming professionals in the not for profit sector. Winner of the 2017 Australian Institute of Company Directors Scholarship she recently successful graduated from the institute as a GAICD.
