INTEL ISEF 2018 AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION SCHEDULE
Airport shuttles will be provided for those that pre-register and pre-pay on this website. Only attendees who have
booked their hotel accommodations through the official Intel ISEF 2018 housing web site are eligible for this service.
Round-trip service is being provided at a reduced rate and is not discounted for a one-way reservation.
Airport Shuttles will transport from Pittsburgh International Airport to all Conference Hotels as follows:
Saturday, May 12 between the hours of 7:00am and 9:00pm
Sunday, May 13 between the hours of 7:00am and 9:00pm
Airport Shuttles will transport from the David L. Lawrence Convention Center to Pittsburgh International
Airport following adjournment as follows:
Friday, May 18 between the hours of 11:00am and 2:00pm only
Airport Shuttles will transport from all Conference Hotels to Pittsburgh International Airport as follows:
Friday, May 18 between the hours of 12:00pm and 5:00pm
Airport Shuttles will transport from all Conference Hotels to Pittsburgh International Airport as follows:
Saturday, May 19 between the hours of 3:00am and 12:00pm
You will be provided a Departure Ticket for your Fair ID or departure group.

Wednesday, May 16 at 4:00pm. In an effort to adhere to the assigned departure schedule and out of respect for other
passengers, we ask that your entire group report to your hotel lobby at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled
departure time as outlined on your Departure Ticket.
All Departure shuttles will leave on time.
If departing your hotel on Friday, May 18 between the hours of 3:00pm – 6:00pm, please allow extra time
when requesting your departure time due to high traffic volume in the City.
