Michael C. Wachs is an Independent Trustee of ProShares, ProFunds and Access One Trusts, comprising approximately 240 funds with over $30 billion of assets under management. He has been a trustee for over 20 years, since the formation of the Trusts. Wachs is the Managing Principal of Linden Lane Capital Partners, LLC, a commercial real estate investment and development company headquartered in Philadelphia, PA. Linden Lane focuses on value-add and development projects on the east coast.
