Upon completion of this CME activity, participants should be able to: 
  1. Report on the state-of-the-art in cord blood and perinatal tissue therapies 
  2. Analyze contemporary and new methods for collecting, processing, banking and releasing cord blood and perinatal tissue products 
  3. Describe novel uses of cord blood and perinatal tissue in cellular therapies and regenerative medicine 
  4. Discuss current procedures, methods and issues in cord blood and tissue processing, manufacturing, regulation, accreditation and public education 
  5. Report on the accomplishments of the Cord Blood Association in its priority areas of quality products and services, advocacy, market expansion, education, and research and development

The Medical College of Wisconsin is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education to physicians. 

AMA CREDIT DESIGNATION STATEMENT 

The Medical College of Wisconsin designates this live activity for a maximum of 15 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. 

HOURS OF PARTICIPATION FOR ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONALS 

The Medical College of Wisconsin designates this activity for up to 15 hours of participation for continuing education for allied health professionals attending the Cord Blood Connect congress. 

CME CERTIFICATE 

Evaluation Forms and a Session Credit Summary will be available at the Cord Blood Connect international congress to record the number of credits earned. Kiosks will be available onsite to complete evaluations. CME credit cannot be issued without completion of the online evaluation. Your CME Certificate, indicating the sessions you attended and credits earned, will be available for download after online Evaluation Forms are completed. An electronic copy of your certificate will be filed with the Medical College of Wisconsin. There is a $60 fee for CME Certificates requested 30 days after the conference concludes. CME Certificates will not be mailed

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE 

All registered attendees will receive a Certificate of Attendance at the Cord Blood Connect international congress. There is a $60 fee for a Certificate of Attendance requested after the conference concludes.
