Stewart Bingham is Senior Legal Counsel in the Personal & Business Banking Legal team at RBS. Stewart supports the bank’s consumer and SME product businesses with a focus on product launches, rationalisation activities, regulatory change projects and product/service innovation initiatives. He provides legal support to the mandatory change programmes delivering the output of the CMA’s Retail Banking Market Investigation and implementing PSD2 across the bank’s SME products business.

Stewart joined RBS in 2012, having previously worked in private practice as a banking solicitor.
 
Neil Campbell
RBS Legal
Neil Campbell is a Managing Legal Counsel in the Services Legal team at RBS, which specialises in IP/IT Law. Neil provides strategic and transactional support on a variety of technology and innovation projects, with an increasing focus on FinTech and Open Banking. He has also built up significant legal expertise in relation outsourcings, data migration and supporting the bank’s divestment and restructuring programmes. Neil also takes a leading role promoting RBS’ pro bono and social inclusion programmes.

Neil joined RBS in 2006 having previously spent 6 years in Sydney, Australia.
