2018 Young Farmer Leadership Conference

YOUNG FARMER
LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
LOUISVILLE, KY

JANUARY 19-20, 2018

Registration is now open for the 2018 Kentucky Farm Bureau Young Farmer Leadership Conference, January 19-20, at the Louisville Marriott East in Louisville, Kentucky. This year’s event will feature pre-conference activities on Friday which include an opportunity to visit the Kentucky Derby Museum or The Louisville Slugger Museum from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at a reduced rate of $8/adult and $4/child. Several interactive workshops, interesting speakers, children’s activities and unique evening events have been planned for this year’s conference.

There will be a live auction during Friday evening’s dinner benefiting the Kentucky Farm Bureau Young Farmer Scholarship program. Young Farmer scholarships are funded entirely through monies raised during our live and silent auctions every two years. We are encouraging county Farm Bureaus to bring an item which can be included in at least one of these auctions.

We will be collecting the full amount of the event costs from attendees at the time of registration. This will include registration fees, hotel arrangements ($124 plus tax/night minus onsite incidental costs), and optional activities costs (if applicable). The conference registration fee on or before Friday, December 15, 2017, is $150.00/adult and $80 for children ages 2-12. Afterwards, registration will increase to $175/adult and $90/child. Participants may register onsite, but hotel availability cannot be guaranteed after Friday, December 29, 2017, which is the online registration deadline.

Please note, all information regarding this year’s Young Farmer Leadership Conference can be found on this website.
