Hear from three expert Database and Donor Relations Managers. They will share their insights into coding, segmenting, reporting and building databases into meaningful portals that help them get results. They will also answer your questions.

	Mr Jean-Pierre Amour Account Manager Frontstream Jean-Pierre (JP) Amour is an Account Manager at FrontStream, responsible for GiftWorks - the specialised donor and volunteer management database designed to assist small to medium sized not for profits. Prior to his time at FrontStream, JP worked in the training and education sector relying heavily on various database management tools teaching him the importance and need of using highly functional CRMs to manage and segment his clients, students and prospects.

	Mrs Georgie Ogilvie Database Co-ordinator The Carmelites As the former Database Manager with Australian Conservation Foundation, Georgie is currently managing the database for the Carmelites. Over her 20+ years she has shaped databases to work fluidly for Fundraising, Finance & Campaign Managers. Georgie will bring her expertise in Raizer’s Edge and DonMan.

	Mrs Genevieve Stone Donor Relations Co-ordinator Eastern Health Foundation From her early days at DepressionNet through to her current position as Donor Relations Manager at Eastern Health Foundation, Genevieve has spent her last 10 years focusing on and building databases to provide real connection and engagement with donors. Genevieve will share her insights into DonMan focusing on segmentation, coding and creating systems that fluidly work with Finance and Reporting.
