About the Event: TAS - Peer to Peer Fundraising 

Come along and join us on Friday 13 October for a panel event on Peer to Peer Fundraising! 

This is an opportunity to hear about a successful Peer to Peer campaign that has taken place in Tassie as well as from an industry expert about a leading Peer to Peer platformYou will also have the opportunity to ask questions and have them answered by our expert panel members.

Cath has an extensive background in fundraising, event management and marketing. During her career Cath has developed and delivered many event campaigns, including the highly successful Edge Abseil for the Royal Hobart Hospital Research Foundation. During her time with the Foundation Cath raised over $200k through utilising peer to peer fundraising platforms.

Cath is passionate about the potential impact that peer to peer fundraising can have on organisations, both in terms of fundraising income and brand development. She has experienced this impact herself and is excited to share her learnings with others looking to take advantage of peer to peer opportunities.

After three years driving a successful fundraising program at the Foundation, Cath recently took on a new challenge in the world of fundraising in the Arts and now holds the position of Development Executive for the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra.

With over 10 years’ experience working in marketing and management within the e-commerce industry, Anthea brings her passion for all things digital to the charity sector. As Director of Marketing and Communications for the digital fundraising platform GoFundraise, Anthea works with the country’s largest events and charities (including the Medibank Melbourne Marathon Festival and The Color Run), giving her an in-depth understanding of the online fundraising space. Anthea is passionate about helping charities raise more and reduce costs by embracing technology and digital innovation.
