About the Event: QLD - Bequest Conversion - the holy grail of your fundraising program
You have all these awesome bequest leads from your donor survey. But what’s the best thing to do with them now? How do you maximise your conversion? Do you send them your bequest brochure? A letter? Call them? In this case study presentation, you will learn how to successfully integrate both telephone and direct mail into your bequest conversion strategy. You’ll hear about the benefits and downsides of both, and how to execute them properly. And you’ll walk away with a range of great tips and tools, including real life examples of the most effective phrasing and questions to use when talking to your supporters about leaving a bequest.
