Welcome to our seventh Annual Wellness Event…Family FitFest

This year we will be at the Golden 1 Center and it will be lots of healthy fun with live music, fitness classes, catered lunch, interactive games and an opportunity for you and your guests to get a flu shot.

All Kaiser Permanente North Valley physicians, employees, and their immediate families are welcome to attend.
