FORRESTER CLIENT REGISTRATION

Forrester clients may choose to register for Forums using pre-purchased tickets bundled with your corporate account, available service units (SUs), or cash.

How can I find out if pre-purchased tickets are available with my Forrester account?
Contact your Forrester account manager. Or if you are not sure who your account manager is, email events@forrester.com for assistance or call us directly at +1.888.343.6786. Your account event sales representative will be in touch with information on ticket availability within 3-5 business days.

How do I register using available pre-purchased tickets or service units associated with my Forrester account?
Once you have confirmed you have a pre-purchased ticket or service units available in your account, click on "Register" above, and select "I have a pre-purchased ticket or service units." Fill out and submit your attendee profile. 

PLEASE NOTE: Your registration will be pending until you receive a confirmation email indicating your available event ticket or service unit has been processed.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else once I have registered?
Up to four weeks in advance, tickets purchased for a specific event can be transferred to a colleague. Please see your confirmation email for instructions on how to update your reservation details or switch your registration to a colleague. You will need the email address you registered with, and your reference number. If assistance is needed, please email events@forrester.com or your dedicated event sales representative.

Can I buy a ticket even if I have available tickets associated with my Forrester account?
Purchasing tickets is easily done by clicking "Register" above. Instead of redeeming tickets, select "I need to purchase ticket(s)". Clients may choose to purchase additional tickets to take advantage of available discounts rather than utilize pre-paid tickets for specific forums. Discuss options with your account team or dedicated event sales representative.

Can I buy extra tickets now and choose the name of my guests later?
Yes, you can purchase extra tickets online and via invoice. All tickets have a unique reference number and can be easily assigned or transferred to a specific attendee up to four weeks in advance. Questions? Email events@forrester.com

Can I cancel my registration? 
If written notice of cancellation is received by Forrester more than four weeks prior to the date of the event, Forrester will refund 100% of the registration fee. If written notice of cancellation is received less than four weeks but more than two weeks prior, Forrester will refund 50% of the fee. Cancellations received by Forrester less than two weeks prior cannot be refunded. Please note that, in the event of ticket cancellation, Forrester is not responsible for your travel plans, hotel reservations, or for any other costs incurred by or associated with your cancellation.
