Abstract

The objective of this lecture is to showcase to the delegates the importance of communication in building loyal patient base and increase patient satisfaction in a dental clinic.

Eniko will be teaching ethical"sales in dentistry and how effective patient communication can increase the dentists' uptake of treatment plans, achieve prices their service deserves and deal with patient objections confidently.

Eniko will be presenting a 6 steps communication model tool for the delegates to use in their clinic to enhance patient satisfaction and increase treatment conversion.

Eniko also will be talking about why patient communication plays such a significant role of achieving Patient Experience Excellence.

Speaker Biography

Eniko's expertise comes from a focussed education in Dental Business Management as well as several years of experience working in this field in the UK and in Dubai.

Eniko completed a Business Management Diploma from the UK, specialising in dentistry, which has enhanced her knowledge and expertise. She continued working in dental clinics before being inspired to create her own dental management consultancy business – Pallas Management Solutions.

Through her consultancy Eniko wish to share her knowledge to aid Clinics to grow as a business and individuals grow as professionals.

Eniko is a dedicated member of the Beryl Institute and organisation in the US that is committed to the improvement of the patient experince through evidence based research and profession development efforts.
