All registrations are subject to approval and availability. Registration is not complete until you receive an email confirmation from NMS. You can anticipate receiving notification within 2-3 business days of registering.


Your institution must be a 2018 member in order to register for the Winter Forum. The annual membership fee of $400 per institution is required. Membership is based on the calendar year and is valid January 1 - December 31 of any given year. NMS reserves the right to qualify all attendees. Payment must be received from the qualifying institution to validate membership.

Analyst/Associate Participation
NMS will accept up to 45 Analysts/Associates for the Winter Forum with a limit of one Analyst/Associate per institution. Candidates will be accepted until the cap is met. Candidates become eligible to attend the forum once a CIO or Senior Investment Officer from their institution registers for the Winter Forum. Analysts/Associates who register without their CIO or Senior Investment Officer will be placed on hold until the eligibility requirement is met. 

You will have the option to pay by check or credit card for membership and registration fees. Hotel reservations must be secured by providing a credit card. 

Please note, your credit card will not be automatically charged upon submission of your registration as NMS manually processes all payments offline.

You will receive a formal confirmation and payment receipts as soon as your registration is formally processed.

Cancellation Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds for registration cancellations, however a credit voucher for a future event will be issued upon written notification received no less than two weeks prior to the forum or by January 27, 2018. Credits will not be given to no-shows. 


Group Room Rate: $319/night 

All room rates are subject to a 13.92% tax per night plus a $12 porterage fee per room. Please note that bellman and housekeeping gratuities are at your own discretion.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival. Cancellations (in whole or in part) made 7 days or less prior to arrival will be charged for the entire reservation. No shows and early departures will be charged for the entire reservation.

Complimentary Tee Times at the TPC Scottsdale Champions Golf Course from 12:00pm - 1:35pm
Complimentary Guided Hiking Tour from 2:00pm - 5:00pm (bus leaves promptly at 2:00pm)
Forum Registration from 2:00pm - 5:00pm 
NEW! Software Showcase from 2:00pm - 5:30pm 
Opening Reception at 5:30pm

Sunday, February 11, 2018
Forum Registration & Continental Breakfast at 7:30am
General Session will conclude no later than 5:30pm
Evening Reception will begin immediately following General Session

Monday, February 12, 2018
Continental Breakfast at 7:30am
General Session will conclude no later than 5:30pm
Membership Reception will begin immediately following General Session
Membership Dinner will begin at 6:30pm

Tuesday, February 13, 2018
Private Breakfast for Endowments & Foundations Only at 7:00am
Closed-Door Sessions for Endowments & Foundations Only at 7:30am
General Session will conclude at 1:00pm
Outdoor Luncheon from 1:00pm - 2:00pm

The NMS Membership Reception & Dinner will be held on Monday, February 12, 2018. 

The suggested attire for the Forum is business casual.
