Barker Henley
Kelly has in excess of 14 years professional legal experience in complex estate
planning, administration and litigation. Having acted on behalf of high net
worth individuals, large corporate companies and charities, Kelly has
successfully managed cases involving the maintenance of ongoing trusts,
recovery of bequests, resolving un-administered estates as well as seeking
variations to trusts effected by legislative changes. She has also acted in
criminal prosecution and defence matters, on a variety of offences, including
appeals to the Court of Criminal Appeal. In addition, Kelly has also lectured
at the School of Law at Western Sydney University.
In her role as Senior Associate with Barker
Henley, Kelly leads our estates practice and is driven to make a positive
contribution to the circumstances of her private, corporate and charitable
clients, focusing particularly in the areas of trusts, estate planning, estate
administration and litigation, associated transactional matters as well as
criminal matters.
