The objectives of the Lecture Series are: i) to provide an overview on the design of Unmanned Air Systems including multidisciplinary aspects such as aerodynamics, propulsion, composite airframes, instrumentation and flight control systems; (ii) to assess the technological challenges and regulatory issues related to the integration and operation into existing air space; and (iii) to understand the human-system interface for operation of UAS
