In order to assess our total participant capacity, please click on the link below to indicate your allotment preference. Once we receive responses from all affiliates, we will confirm your allocation by Monday 19th June when the main registration website goes live and will do our best to accommodate your desired number of participants. Official invitations should not be sent until you receive your confirmed slot allocation.
To prevent duplication of accommodation, please indicate on the website if for local compliance reasons you have to contract your own accommodation. The advantage of booking your rooms via Global is the room rate has been negotiated and that your guests will have a smooth check-in process, as they will feature on the group rooming list. Once the slots have been confirmed, a pro-forma invoice will be requested from the hotel based on the slots confirmed and NOT actual registrations. This is to ensure the hotel receives payment in plenty of time.
Please confirm your Slots no later than Friday 16th June 2017.
