The NASA Educator Professional Development Collaborative at
Texas State University is providing a 1-hour webinar.
In this webinar, participants will explore the basic physics of buoyancy as a function of density. Using easily-accessible demonstrations, we will make connections between buoyancy and melting glaciers and ice caps. This activity will help address misconceptions about contributing factors to sea-level rise, addressing earth science and physics standards.
