Webinar (September) - Building a donor-centric supporter services operation

Underpinning all successful engagement and fundraising programs is a strong, donor-centric supporter services operation. However, building such an operation can sometimes be challenging, due to limited resources or funding, or where organisational change is required. This session looks at the foundations required to build a successful supporter services operation, regardless of the size of the organisation and the stage of its business life cycle.
